Long, soft hairs pick up powder evenly, and light pressure on the cheekbone gives a natural, blended finish. Because the price barely moves between stores, pick the shop with the fastest or cheapest delivery.

Two stores, 15,040 to 17,000 IQD (13%). A thick, soft goat-hair oval head that lays shadow evenly across the lid and stays flexible enough for blending. If you only buy one eye brush this month, this is the shape that does the most work.

Two stores, 17,000 to 20,000 IQD (17.6%) — the priciest item this week. Soft fibres adapt to any area of the face and the dense bundle holds product well. Compare it directly with the cheaper contouring brush above: the gap between them is the biggest single decision on this list.
Four things to check before you buy:
First, always compare across stores. This week the spreads run from 6.7% all the way to 260% for the same ARTDECO products, and in a few cases the difference is enough to buy a second tool.
Second, confirm the listing is genuine. ARTDECO is a popular brand and tools are easy to fake, so buy from stores with clear return policies and real product photos.
Third, wash new brushes and sponges before first use, and clean your brushes weekly with the cleanser rather than once a month.
Fourth, think in bundles. A brow brush, an eyeshadow brush and a contour brush together land around 40,000 IQD — a complete face toolkit for less than the top price of a single contouring brush this week.
