5) Soft lip liner: the smallest gap, but also the lowest ticket price
Best price 5,250 IQD against 8,250 IQD, a 57.1% spread and 3,000 IQD saved. With 5 stores stocking it, this one is easy to find. The gap percentage is the smallest on this week's list, but the entry price is also the lowest, which makes it a smart add-on if you are already ordering from a store that has it. It is a thin-textured pencil used to define the lips and add long-lasting colour. Best price: 5,250 IQD.
The basket math
