This week (September 15–22, 2026) we went through every Catrice category on TajPrice, checked how many stores carry each item, and picked the ten products that shoppers in Baghdad, Erbil, Basra and Mosul are looking at the most. Every price below is the lowest we found this week, and we also list the highest price for the same product, because the difference is usually bigger than people expect.

Five of this week's ten items are lip products, and the price gaps here are the most dramatic.

Best price: 9,500 IQD. Available in 6 stores. Highest: 10,000 IQD — a gap of just 5.3%, the tightest spread of the week. With a difference this small, don't waste time chasing the last 500 IQD. Compare delivery fees and delivery time instead, because shipping can easily eat up the saving. The black texture turns dark red on contact with your lips thanks to pH reaction, with blackcurrant seed oil for nourishment.

EYES: WHERE CATRICE GIVES THE BEST VALUE
This is the most crowded part of the list — four eye products, three of them black eyeliners at almost the same price.

If you are deciding between the three black liners, the honest answer is that at the best price they sit within 250 IQD of each other, so choose by finish and tip: brush tip for a strong wing, fine tip for precision, soft tip for a softer matte line. Price only becomes the deciding factor if you buy from the expensive end, where the difference jumps to thousands.

In the summer heat this is the kind of product people restock often, so it is worth knowing which store consistently has it at the lower end.

Best price: 4,500 IQD. Available in 5 stores, and listings sat close together this week without a big spread. Two sizes in one sharpener for jumbo and slim pencils — a small item, but it saves you from ruining pencils that cost more than the sharpener itself.
HOW TO SHOP CATRICE SMARTLY THIS WEEK
- Never assume the price is fixed. Six of the ten products on this list have a gap of 100% or more between the cheapest and the most expensive store. That is not a small detail; it is often the difference between buying two products and buying one. - Fewer stores means less competition. Every item here is available in 5 or 6 stores, which is a healthy number, but the widest gaps appear on products where the cheap listings are concentrated in one place. - Add shipping before you decide. On a 3,000–4,500 IQD product, a 2,000 IQD delivery fee changes everything. - Recheck every week. Catrice prices in Iraq move with stock, and this list is refreshed weekly.
Bottom line: the strongest value this week is in eye products and the cheaper lip items, where you can still buy for 3,000–4,500 IQD. The one product where price-hunting is pointless is the second item on this list — its 5.3% spread means every store is basically charging the same. Check the live listings before you order, and you will usually save more than the cost of one extra product.
