**9. Be Long Mascara – 40.6%**
Clarence Be Long Mascara in intense black costs as little as 53,328 IQD, but one store sells it for 75,000 IQD. That’s a 21,672 IQD saving.
**10. Truly Waterproof Mascara – 37.9%**
Claarns Truly Waterproof Mascara 01 Black is a 7 ml tube. Best price 54,400 IQD, worst 75,000 IQD. Saving 20,600 IQD is not bad for a mascara that won’t run.
