Dr.Althea Pure Grinding Cleansing Balm (50ml) has a 75.8% spread: 13,650 IQD vs 24,000 IQD. This gentle cleansing balm removes makeup and sunscreen effortlessly – ideal for sensitive skin. Save over 10,000 IQD by going to the right retailer.
4. Retinol fans, take note. 
Dr.Althea 0.1% Gentle Retinol Serum is sold at three stores, with prices from 16,500 IQD to 27,000 IQD – a 63.6% spread. This low-irritation formula combines retinol and bakuchiol for firmness. Don't let a single store's markup cost you an extra 10,500 IQD.
5. For a spray-on moisturizer, 
Dr. Althea Gesichtscreme 345 Relief Cream Mist - 100ml has a more moderate 21.4% spread. Best price 24,300 IQD, highest 29,500 IQD. Still a worthwhile comparison if you're stocking up.
6. The 
Dr.Althea Gentle Vitamin C Serum is relatively stable at 12.5% spread (24,000–27,000 IQD). Not a huge saving, but every dinar counts.
7. Another mist, another spread: 
Dr. Althea 345 Relief Cream Mist runs 27,000–30,000 IQD (11.1% spread). Still worth a quick look.
8. 
Dr.Althea Pure Grinding Cleansing Balm - 50ml – a different listing – shows just 8.7% spread (23,000–25,000 IQD). Small difference, but consistency helps.
9. Finally, 
Dr.Althea Pore Refresh Grinding Cleansing Balm has the tightest range: 24,000–25,000 IQD (4.2% spread). Minimal savings, but zero risk.
