Another week, another round of Gosh price checks. MASCARA: THREE OPTIONS AT THREE PRICE POINTS
Gosh is best known in Iraq for mascara, and this week three of them are competing for the same shopper. 
Gosh Just Click it! Water Resistant Mascara starts at 12,800 IQD across five stores, with a spread of about 15.2 percent up to 14,750 IQD. The volume version, 
Gosh Just Click it! Volume Mascara, sits at exactly the same starting price and the same spread, with a fine wand and a formula built to add density without clumping.
Then there is 
Master Boom Boombastic Mascara, which starts lower at 11,200 IQD in four stores. Its spread is around 16.1 percent, reaching 13,000 IQD. It has a large, wide brush head, it is waterproof and it is described as suitable for sensitive eyes. If you have sensitive eyes or wear mascara in long days, this is the practical pick. If you want the classic Just Click it formula, check both mascara listings side by side because the price gap between stores is bigger than you might expect.
EYES: LINERS AND KOHL
The eye category has the biggest price range of the week. 
Gosh Kohl is the budget entry at 8,000 IQD in four stores. It carries a high pigment concentration for an intense line, has medium hardness so it glides easily, and can be sharpened for a precise application. For anyone who lines their eyes daily, that is a hard price to beat.
If you prefer a marker-style format, 
Gosh Intense Eyeliner Pencil starts at 12,000 IQD in four stores. It is water-based, and the semi-permanent ink is designed to stay put for hours with a precision tip, smudge-proof and long-lasting. The jump from 8,000 to 12,000 IQD is really about formula and finish rather than quality, so pick according to the look you want, not the price alone.
BROWS: WHERE COMPARING SAVES YOU THE MOST
This is the section to read carefully. 
Gosh Brow Stroke Pencil starts at 11,250 IQD but is listed as high as 14,000 IQD in some stores, a spread of 24.4 percent, the widest on this week's list. It is a 24-hour, smudge-proof pencil with a precision tip applicator. Buying it from the cheapest store instead of the most expensive one saves you about 2,750 IQD, which is close to the price of a kohl pencil.
Gosh Eyebrow Sculpting Fiber Gel is the second brow option at 10,750 IQD across four stores, with a 18.6 percent spread up to 12,750 IQD. It is a fiber gel that tames brows and fills them in for a fuller, more defined look. If you use both a pencil and a gel, buy them from the same store and you could save enough to cover a mascara top-up.
LIPS
Gosh Lip Glaze Gloss is priced from 12,500 IQD in four stores. It offers long-lasting high shine with a moisturizing formula, and the texture is non-sticky while still giving a hint of color. For Iraqi summers and long days, a gloss that does not feel heavy is usually the deciding factor, and this one is built around that idea.
BODY CARE
Finally, a product that has nothing to do with makeup but keeps showing up in comparisons: 
Gosh body line classic body lotion 500 ml. It starts at 12,500 IQD and is available in five stores, which makes it the joint-most available item on this week's list. The formula is an all-in-one moisturizer that keeps skin soft, supple and hydrated. On a per-millilitre basis it works out at roughly 25 IQD per ml, which is reasonable for a 500 ml bottle that will last a household a good while.
HOW TO BUY SMART THIS WEEK
