The ammonia-free side of the shelf is where prices get bigger. 
LOreal Paris Prodigy Permanent Oil Hair Color - 4.0 Brown and 
LOreal Paris Prodigy by Excellence Creme Permanent Oil Hair Color - 2.1 Ash Black both begin at 14,400 IQD and climb to 16,250 IQD, a 12.8% spread, so about 1,850 IQD between the cheapest and the priciest listing. Both rely on micro-oil technology that pushes pigment deep into the fiber while staying gentle on the scalp.
If you are after a lighter tone, 
LOreal Paris Prodigy Permanent Oil Hair Color - 6.32 Dark Golden Blonde is listed at 2 stores with a best price of 16,250 IQD. It sits at the top of the Prodigy price band this week, so it is worth comparing with the darker shades before deciding.
Skincare: where comparing actually pays
Glycolic Face Wash 100ml by L’Oréal Paris is the clearest example. The best price is 9,000 IQD, but the highest listing reaches 12,250 IQD, a 36.1% spread, or more than 3,000 IQD for the same 100 ml tube. It is a daily foaming cleanser with glycolic acid, aimed at dull skin, clogged pores and leftover makeup, so if it is already part of your routine, checking two or three stores is worth the five minutes.
Hyaluron Day SPF20 J50 ml by L’Oréal Paris is the opposite case: 13,250 IQD at best, with a range of only 13,250 to 13,750 IQD. A 3.8% spread is the tightest on today's list, so buy it wherever it is in stock. The SPF20 day cream is lightweight, non-greasy and suitable for sensitive skin.
L’Oréal Paris Dermo Hyaluron Oil Control Wash – 200ml comes in at 15,000 IQD with a 15,000 to 16,000 IQD range, a 6.7% spread. The 200 ml gel cleanser is made for oily and combination skin and targets shine and visible pores.
At the top of the budget sits 
L'Oréal Paris Revitalift Laser X3 - Anti-Aging Power Serum, 30 ml. Best price 20,500 IQD, top listing 24,250 IQD, an 18.3% spread that works out to roughly 3,750 IQD. With Pro-Xylane and fragmented hyaluronic acid, it is the most concentrated anti-aging item in this week's list, and the one where a price check matters most.
Makeup: one pencil, two very different prices
LOreal Paris Infallible Brow Pencil - defines brows with a natural look, 303 Brown shows the widest spread recorded this week: a best price of 7,000 IQD against a highest listing of 19,250 IQD. That is 175%, nearly three times the price for the same 2-in-1 definer pencil in shade 303 Brown, sold at only 2 stores. Do not buy this one without checking the listing first.
How to use these numbers
A spread under 10% means stores are basically aligned, so buy wherever is closest. Between 10% and 25%, a quick check of two stores usually saves a few thousand dinars. Above 30%, comparing is not optional. Stock in Iraq moves fast, so prices can shift again before September 22, and it is always wise to confirm the current price on TajPrice before you head out.
