3. A classic with a 102.5% spread
Four stores, 11,850 to 24,000 IQD, so 12,150 IQD of difference. The formula is lightweight and dries down matte without feeling tight, which is why it keeps selling. Nothing about the product changes with the price — only the seller does.
4. Lip liner at a 102.2% spread

6. Eye pencil at a 9,900 IQD best price

8. Everyday lip pencil, 7,950 IQD at the low end
Three stores, 7,950 to 16,000 IQD — 8,050 IQD of difference. It is the cheapest item on this list, which also makes it the one people buy without checking. Do not: an 8,000 IQD overpay on a pencil is still an 8,000 IQD overpay.
9. Grip primer with six stores
Six stores, 13,200 to 24,000 IQD — a 10,800 IQD gap and an 81.8% spread. Wide availability usually pushes prices down, and the low end here reflects that. If you want long wear in humid conditions, this is one to shortlist.
10. Narrowest gap, still worth comparing
