5) What the numbers mean. The biggest spreads this week are the dark brown brow powder at 155.8%, the brow pencil at 118.3%, and the bronzer at 116.2%. These are where smart shopping pays most. More stable pricing includes the long-wear lipstick shade Committed at 10.8% and the red lip set at 21.3%. If you need a shade now, stability means less pressure.
