Pasha De Cartier Edition Noire Limited Edition by Cartier for Men - Eau de Toilette, 100 ml is the one to be careful with. Three stores list it, the best price is 121,000 IQD, but the highest listing reaches 226,000 IQD — an 86.8% spread, the biggest gap in this entire roundup. Limited editions get priced by scarcity rather than by what's inside the bottle, so unless you specifically want the Limited Noire presentation, you're paying a premium for a scent that sits close to the regular Noire. Panthère is a sharp, feminine floral that manages to feel delicate and assertive at the same time.
HOW TO SHOP THIS LIST
First, remember that in Iraq the same fragrance often arrives through different import routes, which explains the wild spreads. A 40–80% difference usually reflects batch age, box condition, tester versus retail packaging, or simply a seller testing the market.
