Fourth, 
Soft eyebrow pencil, Malaika Raiss Soft Brow Pencil (spread 36.9%). Best price 4,675 IQD, high price 6,400 IQD. The soft velvety texture and spiral brush give natural results. Saving 1,725 IQD is worth the quick comparison.
