9. Eye liner lovers, 
Catrice 24H Brush Eyeliner - 010 Black is waterproof and precise. Prices range from 6,750 IQD to 10,000 IQD – a 48.1% spread. Four stores to choose from.
10. Finally, 
Catrice Eye Brow Stylist in shade 30 is a pencil with a brush. Only two stores, but a 38.6% gap: 5,000 IQD vs 6,928 IQD. A quick look can save you nearly 2,000 IQD.
