Eveline Revitalum Specialist Regenerating Cracked Heel Cream is the more focused of the two, built specifically for severely dry, cracked heels. Best price is also 5,000 IQD in 2 stores and the spread is only 5%, so pricing is consistent wherever you find it.
Which one to choose? If the whole foot feels dry and tight, the SOS cream covers more ground. If the problem is concentrated in the heels — very common after a long summer of sandals and open shoes — the heel-specific cream makes more sense.
