Eyes: where the real savings are
Eyeliner prices diverge the most this week. 
Maybelline New York Colossal Argan Oil Kajal Eyeliner - Black holds the cheapest listing on the whole list at 4,000 IQD, but the same product shows up at up to 9,250 IQD elsewhere, a 131.3 percent difference and the biggest spread we recorded. If you find it near 4,000 IQD, buy it. If a shop is asking 9,000 IQD or more, check another retailer or wait a few days.
Maybelline New York Tattoo Studio Eyeliner Pencil is a far safer comparison: 6 stores, a best price of 8,250 IQD, a top price of 9,500 IQD, and a 15.2 percent spread. It is the waterproof pencil in shade 900 Deep Onyx, known for smooth, creamy strokes and long wear, which makes it a low-risk purchase wherever you find it.
For a fine, precise line, 
Hyper Easy Eyeliner Black Maybelline Eye Liner is listed at 11,000 IQD in 4 stores and reaches 12,500 IQD, a 13.6 percent spread. Its flexible felt tip is built for both thin and thick lines with minimal smudging.
Three mascaras stand out this week. 
Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Mascara - Black is the most predictable purchase on the list: 12,000 IQD in 5 stores, with a top price of only 12,250 IQD. That 2.1 percent spread means there is no real bargain hunting to do, so buy it wherever is convenient. It is built around a full fan effect with conditioning rose hip oil and mineral pigments.
Maybelline New York The Colossal Longwear 36H Mascara - Very Black is listed by 5 stores with a best price of 14,250 IQD, and it is the pick if you want one coat to carry you through a very long day.
Maybelline New York Lash Sensational Sky High Mascara comes in at 15,000 IQD across 4 stores, but prices stretch to 20,250 IQD, a 35 percent spread, or 5,250 IQD of difference. It is a lengthening and volumizing formula for a lifted lash look from every angle.
Face: tint and powder
Two base products round out the list. 
Maybelline New York Fit Me SPF 50 Fresh Tint Foundation sits at 22,000 IQD in 5 stores with a range up to 24,750 IQD, a 12.5 percent spread. It is a fresh-feeling tint with vitamin C and SPF 50, aimed at a natural finish rather than full coverage.
Maybelline New York Super Stay 24H Hybrid Powder Foundation has a best price of 26,500 IQD across 5 stores and reaches 30,000 IQD, a 13.2 percent spread. It is a medium-to-full coverage hybrid powder foundation with a soft matte finish and up to 24 hours of wear, a good fit for oily skin and hot weather.
How to shop this week
Compare the spread, not just the headline price. The three products showing gaps above 35 percent reward you for checking two or three stores. The products with spreads under 16 percent are safe to buy wherever is easiest.
Check delivery costs before you commit. A listing that looks 1,000 IQD cheaper can lose that advantage once shipping to Baghdad, Basra, Mosul or Erbil is added.
