NOTE Volumizing Color Maskara - 8ml — best price 6,000 IQD at 2 stores, range 6,000–6,300 IQD (only 5%). This is the opposite situation: the price is almost identical everywhere, so choose based on delivery fee and cash-on-delivery availability rather than on the price tag.
LIPS
Red Matt Mattever Lipstick shade 03 — best price 5,600 IQD at 2 stores, range 5,600–12,000 IQD. That is a 114.3% spread, the biggest in this week's list, and a potential saving of around 6,400 IQD on a single lipstick. It is a matte formula with a soft, comfortable feel and rich colour. If you buy only one thing this week, compare stores on this one.
Note Glimmer Gloss — best price 5,600 IQD at 2 stores, range 5,600–7,000 IQD (25%). A lightweight, non-sticky gloss that gives a reflective shine — good on its own or layered over a matte lipstick.
NOTE Velvet Blur Tint - 4ml — best price 5,950 IQD at 2 stores, range 5,950–7,000 IQD (17.6%). A 4 ml tint with a soft, blurred velvety matte finish that feels light on the lips. It sits in the middle ground if matte lipstick feels heavy but gloss feels too shiny.

HOW TO BUY SMART IN IRAQ THIS WEEK
First, the two biggest gaps — the matte lipstick and the contour pen — deserve a second look, because the difference between stores can cover a whole other product.
Second, for items with a 5% spread, stop comparing prices and start comparing stores: delivery time, cash on delivery, whether there is a branch near you in Baghdad, Erbil or Basra, and whether returns are accepted.
Third, always confirm the shade number before ordering, since these listings sell by code (01, 03 and so on), and check that the price is for original stock and not a tester.
Fourth, group your order. If you are already buying the 9 ml nail enamel, adding a small item usually costs less than paying a second delivery fee.
