The full spread runs from 88,750 IQD up to 283,000 IQD for the same 90ml bottle, a difference of nearly 50% depending on where you buy.
Here is what stands out.
The women's line-up: two Paradoxe families and two classics
Prada's Paradoxe line is by far the busiest on the shelf right now. 
Prada Paradoxe Intense Eau de Parfum for Women - 90ml is the most widely stocked feminine Prada scent we tracked, available in 6 stores with a starting price of 188,750 IQD. It is also the riskiest to buy without comparing, because prices climb to 283,000 IQD — a spread of 49.9%. If you want it, check at least three stores before you commit.
Prada Paradoxe Floral Eau de Parfum for Women - 90ml is the friendlier sibling this week. The best price is 168,000 IQD across 3 stores, and the whole market sits between 168,000 and 192,000 IQD, a spread of only 14.3%. That consistency makes it the easiest Prada purchase right now if you are not in the mood for a long search.
Paradoxe by Prada for Women - Eau de Parfum, 90ml is the cheapest way into the Paradoxe family at 101,000 IQD, but be careful: only 2 stores list it and the price can reach 179,800 IQD, a 78% difference between the best and worst listing.
If you prefer something warmer and more classic, 
La Femme Absolu by Prada for Women - Eau de Parfum, 100 ml is the best value in the entire list at 88,750 IQD for 100ml, roughly 887 IQD per millilitre. An oriental floral with peach, blood orange, pepper and orange blossom, it is a solid evening choice for women who find the Paradoxe style too sweet.
Two older names also deserve a mention. 
Candy Florale EDT 80 ml starts at 97,750 IQD, but the same bottle is listed as high as 191,750 IQD, a 96% spread. 
Prada Amber Women Eau de Parfum 80ml shows the widest gap of the week: 97,750 IQD at the low end and 197,000 IQD at the top, over 100%. Both have loyal followings; just do not pay the top price.
For men: calmer pricing on the newer bottles
Men's Prada pricing is noticeably steadier. 
Prada New Men Paradigme Eau De Parfum - 100ml is stocked in 5 stores with a spread of only 11.2% (169,000–188,000 IQD), the tightest of the week. Fresh-woody and easy to wear, it is the safest pick if you want to buy without a long hunt.
L'Homme Eau EDT 100 ml is even tighter at 10.1%, with prices between 139,000 and 153,000 IQD in 3 stores. As an Eau de Toilette it is lighter and fresher than the EDP versions, which makes it a good daytime office scent.
The Luna Rossa pair tells a different story. 
Prada Luna Rossa Black Eau de Parfum for Men - 100ml opens at 139,000 IQD but climbs to 208,000 IQD across 4 stores, a 49.6% spread. 
Prada Luna Rossa Ocean Eau de Parfum for Men - 100ml behaves the same way: 146,000 IQD at the best store, 208,000 IQD at the worst, a 42.5% gap. Both are excellent modern masculine scents, but they are exactly the kind of product where five minutes of comparison can save you 60,000 IQD or more.
What to keep in mind before you buy
Price per millilitre matters more than the sticker price. On that measure, the 100ml feminine oriental floral at 88,750 IQD works out at about 887 IQD per ml and the 90ml entry-level bottle at 101,000 IQD at about 1,122 IQD per ml, while the intense 90ml version at 188,750 IQD costs around 2,097 IQD per ml — more than double per millilitre even though the bottle is smaller.
Watch the concentration. Several products here are Eau de Toilette, not Eau de Parfum. EDTs are lighter and need reapplying, so a cheaper EDT is not automatically better value than an EDP.
Check authenticity. When a single bottle is listed at half the market price, ask about the batch code, the box seal and the return policy. A 100% spread is unusual even in a competitive market.
Buy locally when the gap is small. For the products with spreads under 15% this week, the savings from shopping around are limited, so buying from a store you trust in Baghdad, Erbil or Basra is usually the smarter move.
The bottom line
This week the winners are the shopper who compares and the shopper who does not need the trendiest bottle. The most in-demand feminine Prada fragrance right now is also the one whose prices swing hardest, so if you want the same brand with far less risk, Prada Paradoxe Floral Eau de Parfum for Women - 90ml and Prada New Men Paradigme Eau De Parfum - 100ml were the calmest purchases on the list.
