SKIN1004 is one of the most searched Korean skincare brands in Iraq right now, and this week's scan of TajPrice listings shows why comparing before you buy matters so much. Between September 15 and September 22, 2026, we checked every SKIN1004 listing across the skincare categories we track, from eye care and toners to pads, ampoules, serums and creams, and ranked them by how wide the price gap is between the cheapest store and the most expensive one.
The result is uncomfortable if you shop from the first store you see. On several items the same bottle, the same size and the same barcode are listed at more than double the price somewhere else. Below are the nine products with the largest spreads this week, ordered from biggest to smallest.
1) The biggest gap of the week:

That is a 156.4 percent spread, meaning a shopper who compares before checkout keeps roughly 30,500 IQD. A lightweight under-eye formula with bakuchiol and centella, aimed at puffiness and fine lines.

Skin1004 Madagascar Centella Quick Calming Pad. Best price 15,000 IQD against a top listing of 33,000 IQD across six stores, a 120 percent spread and a potential saving of 18,000 IQD. Pre-soaked toner pads, a good option if your skin gets dry or irritated from Iraqi dust and hard water.

The spread is 87.5 percent, which equals 35,000 IQD in savings. This is the largest absolute difference in the list, so it deserves a second look if you buy ampoules in bulk.

What is actually driving these gaps?
Three things show up again and again. First, stock. Stores with a small remaining quantity sometimes hold an old price from a previous shipment, which pushes the listing up. Second, origin. Some sellers import SKIN1004 through regional distributors while others bring it from Korea directly, and that changes the landed cost. Third, size confusion. Similar SKIN1004 ampoules exist in 55ml and 100ml, so a low price on one page can be a different size than the one you meant to buy.
How to shop smart this week
Always check the size before the price. A 100ml ampoule at 18,600 IQD is not the same deal as a 55ml at 20,000 IQD.
Compare at least three stores. Nearly all the products above are listed by four stores or more, and the spread only appears when you look past the first result.
Look at delivery and total cost, not just the item price. If the cheapest seller charges for delivery inside Baghdad or Erbil while another offers it free, the difference can shrink or flip.
Check expiry and packaging if you are buying a set or a large pad container, since those sit on shelves longer than ampoules.
If you are buying more than one item, check whether a bundle or set gives a better price than separate purchases. The ampoule set above is a good example.
The bottom line for September 15–22: the eye cream and the calming pads are the two places where comparing pays off the most, with savings of 30,500 IQD and 18,000 IQD respectively. Even the smallest gap on this list, 43.6 percent, is still real money. Set a price in your head, compare across stores on TajPrice, and buy from the seller who respects that number.
