This creamy, non-sticky gloss is designed to add volume and definition. With only two stores stocking it, make sure you pick the cheaper one.
For lipstick lovers, 
The Balm Meet Matt(e) Hughes 6 pieces Mini Kit no.7 is a fantastic set of 6 mini matte lipsticks. Available at three stores, the price ranges from 14,520 IQD to 20,750 IQD – a 42.9% spread. The kit includes rich, long-lasting shades in a creamy formula. If you grab it at the lowest price, you save over 6,200 IQD compared to the priciest store.
Similar but with a red focus, 
Set red lips Matt Thebalm Meet Matte Hughes Vol1 also offers a 6-piece mini set of red matte lipsticks. Price spread is 38.8%, with a low of 20,750 IQD and a high of 28,800 IQD. The savings potential is 8,050 IQD – definitely worth comparing.
Another mini set, 
Meet Matt(e) Hughes 6 Mini Liquid Lipsticks, has a smaller spread of 15.3% (18,000–20,750 IQD), but you still save 2,750 IQD by choosing the best price. This set features long-wearing liquid lipsticks in rich shades.
Moving to individual lipsticks, 
The Balm Meet Matt (E) Long Lasting Lisk Lipstick in shade 'Committed' has a 10.8% spread (19,250–21,328 IQD). Not huge, but every dinar counts. This long-lasting liquid lipstick comes in twelve dreamer colors.
The Balm Plump Your Pucker Elaborate has an 8.6% spread (23,472–25,500 IQD). This lightweight, high-shine lip product contains marine collagen for hydration.
Finally, 
The Balm BALM BalmJour Lipstick shows almost no difference – just 0.6% spread (21,750–21,872 IQD). That means the price is nearly the same everywhere, so no need to hunt for this one.
